Toenail fungus medication is not the sort of thing you discuss with your friends over beer or coffee. It is often difficult to get proper information through casual research. So where do you turn to help you decide whether or not toenail fungus medications are the right choice for you to make?
There are a few questions you will want to ask yourself before determining if toe nail fungus medications are a necessary step at this poing in the treatment process or if they can be put off for a while in pursuit of other options. You may be wondering why you would want to put off toenail fungus medications if they can (and they do) help correct the problem. The answer is simple, they have potentially damaging side effects that make them a high risk solution. It is definitely best to explore other options first.
Question #1
Have you incorporated preventative measures to reduce the risk of reinfection once you’ve started the recovery process? Some preventative measures include avoiding warm and moist locations where the fungus breeds best, losing tight and/or restrictive footwear, using baby powder in your shoes to wick up moisture, wearing thick socks that will also wick up moisture so that sweat isn’t being held against your skin, avoiding injuries and open wounds on your feet that are a ripe environment for fungal growth. You do not necessarily need toe fungus medications for any of these things that may not treat fungus but will help keep it from coming back.
Question #2
Have you tried a few home remedies? There are all kinds of home toenail fungus medications from foot soaks to topical gels, creams, potions, and lotions that you can apply to your toenails in order to treat toe nail fungus. You can make many of these yourself and you can also order a nice variety of homeopathic cures and treatments online.
Question #3
Have you discussed options with your doctor for alternatives to toenail fungus medications? There are many prescription topical treatments that are widely available and there is surgery. While surgery presents its own set of risks for some people the risks of surgery may be fewer than than those involved in the current prescription medications that are available. If you have a type of toenail fungus that is proving quite difficult to be rid of with home treatments it may be a good idea to consider prescription ointments and gels or the possibility of surgery before turning to oral toenail fungus medications.
Question #4
Are you experiencing some degree of success but ending your treatments too soon? Sometimes toenail fungus medications simply aren’t needed. If you are experiencing success with the alternative treatments but then experiencing renewed growth after stopping treatment, chances are that you aren’t killing it off before you end the treatment but simply sending it in retreat. When you stop the treatment it comes back.
Asking and answering these four questions can help you determine whether or not you are ready to consider toenail fungus medications or if you need to give things a little more time.

Today, numerous organic skin care product lines claim that they are made from all natural components. Unfortunately, this is not entirely true - and what about their effectiveness? Many traditional products have lost their benefits before they are ever applied to the skin. One series of new organic skin products use a new method called ‘Ionic Chemistry’ to prolong the life of their products effectiveness and proven to be extraordinarily successful in treating a variety of skin conditions.
The Problems With Typical Organic Skin Care Products
Even though the typical organic skin care products available today boast 100% organic materials, this is not the case. These products begin to lose their effective properties very quickly after they are mixed. The entire formulation of these products including the texture, scent, and color, will completely transform until they are no more than a scented paste.
As an answer to this problem, skin care companies add preservatives to increase the shelf life of their products. These chemically engineered additives, called parabens, may preserve the shelf life of the organic skin care products but it does absolutely nothing for your skin or your health. These substances bind themselves to the active ingredients interfering with their effectiveness. Methylparaben, propylparaben, and other preservatives have been scientifically linked to serious health problems including breast cancer.
What Makes New Organic Skin Care Products Superior
The Cryostem Skin Therapy System is the only type of organic skin care currently using a process known as ‘Ionic Chemistry’ to eliminate the need for man made preservatives. This process creates highly effective organic skin care products by allowing each organic ingredient to naturally bond together with its ideal ionic mate. This resilient bond maintains the biological activity of each ingredient allowing them to work effectively on a variety of skin types.
Unlike other organic skin care systems available today, this new formula utilizes the natural powers of fresh organic ingredients. Photonutrients, plant antioxidants, phytochemicals work together with vitamins and natural fragrances to treat all aspects of the skin. Because of the unique design of the formula, it does not require chemical thickeners, binders or any other harmful ingredients either.
These organic skin care products have proven to be much more than the average beauty product. The fresh and completely organic ingredients have made it an effective anti-aging treatment and preventative. These products have even been found to cure acne, scarring, rosacea, and many other skin conditions while evening out the skins natural oils. These products are designed to allow for customizable formulas, which further enhance the success of the products.
The natural and painless method of formulating organic skin care products is highly sought after because they are considered to be safe to use. Contrary to popular belief, this has not been the case with these products until now. The ionic chemistry technique used in Cryotstem formulation process extends the shelf life and the effectiveness of the product without the chemically engineered additives used by traditional products.
Kent Campbell is an author for DNA Skin, an organic skin care company offering a variety of formulas that utilize the ionic chemistry technique. Developed by Dr. Noel Aguilar DNA Skin products are available through professional dermatologists and at elite spas throughout the globe

If you currently have a tanning bed at home or even at your salon, you may be wondering what are the best supplies needed to achieve the best possible tan and to make sure your tanning bed is maintained properly.
Tanning Body Stickers
These stickers usually come in rolls of 1000 and have designs such as playboy bunnies, hearts, lips, cherries, dolphins, palm trees, and many more. These stickers are to be placed on the body prior to tanning. Where the sticker is affixed is where you would end up without a tan, therefore give you a tanning “tantoo”. These stickers are great for measuring how dark you are getting after each session or how powerful a tanning lotion is.
Tanning Bed Cleaner
After each tanning session, you should wipe down the acrylics that you laid on with some type of cleaner. There are several cleaners you can use to disinfectant your tanning bed. They are:
- Lucasol
- Ultra-Clean (Unscented or Citrus Scented)
- Australian Gold
These tanning bed cleaners are of medical grade and come in concentrated form.
Tanning Bed Goggles
Your eyelids are not enough to protect from ultraviolet light. Anyone using a tanning bed or even tanning outdoors should be using tanning bed goggles that block out both UVA and UVB rays. These goggles come in many different standard and neon colors.
These were just a few of the main essential tanning supplies. Tanning beds may also need parts such as tanning lamps, starters, ballasts, shocks, acrylics, replacement tanning bed pillows, and more. Most tanning bed suppliers online have these items readily available for shipping.
Sean Frye is the President of Sun Power Source which is a tanning beds and supplies distribution company. Sun Power Source carries three different brands of tanning beds for each level of tanning as well as Day spa type equipment such as the Thermojet Infrared Body Wrap System. Plastic surgery is not something that is reserved for women only. As a matter of fact, more and more men are considering undergoing special treatments to improve their looks and appearance. Due to a wide variety of reasons, modern men are open to the idea of undergoing surgery. Whether you are a male who has never learned to like his facial features, or your body type has prohibited you do the things you like, you can find the right aesthetic surgery clinic to suggest the procedure that would eradicate the cause of your low self-confidence. Plastic surgery for men in CT is being perfected and catered for men’s special needs so you can get the results you want.
When diet and exercise has failed you many times and has only left you feeling deprived and exhausted without any visible results, you can consider liposuction as an option. When you have something in your face that most women could simply hide away with a concealer or top with make-up, you could consider enhancing your facial features through facial plastic surgery.
What’s stopping you from planning the procedure you are willing to die for just so you achieve the face or the body that you want? Most likely, you will be more concerned of how people will react to the new you once they have found out about the procedure you have undergone. That’s one thing about men that women simply do not care about. While women consider undergoing cosmetic surgery worthy of bragging about, most male prefer that no one else knows about it. The right experienced aesthetic surgery clinic could plan your surgery so you don’t have to leave from your office for a very long time, and no one has to get the idea that you have had your brow or your arm lifted.
As you might have found out the hard way that looks and body image somewhat determines business deals and promotions, a simple procedure could change the way you look at yourself, not just on the outside, but on the inside. For some who have already undergone too many procedures just so they finally become happy and confident of themselves, no amount of money could be exchanged for the feeling of self-esteem they got when they have finally achieved what they want - a beautiful body and a charming face.
As a man, you have an entirely different set of needs and wants from women, so you have to trust in a certified plastic surgeon that has experience with male clients. Finest surgeons know that male would want minimal evidence that they have undergone aesthetic procedures, and would want to get back to their offices within a short period of time. Those who practice plastic surgery for men in CT would most likely also know that procedures done on men are more complicated than for women since men are more prone to develop hematoma, which means that they bleed more than women would when put under same procedure.

Everybody who wants to get a perfectly tan skin the safe way would rather opt for tanning salons and tanning bed lotions. Sunbathing is the old way of getting your skin bronzed. It is a very dangerous way of getting tan, as too much exposure to the sun can cause skin cancer. So if you want real tan minus the health concerns, it is best that you use tanning beds and lotions to achieve the desired skin tone.
There are many places where you can buy tanning bed lotions. However, there are places where you can get them at the best value and there are some stores where they are sold at relatively high prices. For starters, you can buy these lotions directly from the tanning salon you frequent to. Tanning salons usually house several tanning beds where customers can take turns in making their skin darker. You just have to spend several minutes in a tanning bed to achieve an instant tan. But before you lie inside the enclosure, you are supposed to put tanning lotion all over your body first. Only then you can maximize the effects of the tanning bed.
Buying tanning bed lotions from the tanning salon itself is convenient. But doing so is also expensive. Most of the time, these salons support a certain line of tanning products. They could be the product’s exclusive distributors or they earn through commissions. Either way, they tend to overprice their products.
If you are going to buy a tanning bed for home use, you can buy some lotions from the bed’s distributor itself. More often than not, they would sell you a complete set - the tanning bed and everything else you need to use it effectively. Lotions are consumables. Once you run out of them, you can just call the company where you bought the bed and order more.
Again, these outlets tend to overprice their products. They usually advertise their tanning bed along with their lotions and most probably, they share the same brand. But of course, you can use an entirely different tanning bed lotion and enjoy the same effects. You can purchase lotions from online stores and health shops. Just make sure that you get the ones that are made especially for a tanning bed. The ones sold at online stores are relatively cheaper than the ones sold at tanning salons and from tanning bed distributors. So whenever you can, order in bulk. Doing so would save you a lot of money in the process.

The skin care and beauty products industry is surrounded by truth, untruths, or lies about some of the products we use. Myths can be stories or legends such as those that surround Roman and Greek mythology. For our purposes here, a myth will be considered as an untruth or fictitious claims about skin care products.
Myth 1 says that using a lot of the product will give you quicker results.
The truth is using too much of a product with active ingredients can do more damage than good. Products with vitamin c, retinol, and alpha-hydroxy acids smooth the skin. Beta-hydroxy acids (salicylic), and benzyl peroxide clear acne flare-ups. The products that have these ingredients should be applied extremely lightly. A pea size drop of retinol cream is enough to do the job.
Myth 2 says that we all need to use skin toners.
The truth is most people; around 90% should not be using them.
Toners strip the natural oils that make your skin feel soft. Gentle cleansing is all that’s necessary.
Myth 3 says that you can get addicted to your favorite lip balm.
Lip balms are not as some claim and can be filled with ingredients to dry out your lips so you will keep buying it. We may use a lot because as soon as it wears off we reapply it. Lip licking then applying the balm creates a cycle of wetness and dryness that reduces moisture. Physical addiction to lip balm is not possible.
Myth 4 says that everyone needs to buy eye cream separately.
The truth is skin around your eyes is very thin and needs a bit more care. Using a very hydrating face cream is fine if carefully applied around your eyes. There is no need for a separate eye cream.
As you can see, some of the myths revolve around ingredients and they may or may not perform. Another myth addresses whether you can become addicted to lip balm and again no it is impossible to do so. Two of the myths address the need for specific types of products.
Skin care and beauty products have ingredients in them that are beneficial and others that are harmful. The good ingredients need to be present in high quantities in order to provide the best results. The best skin care product should be free of chemicals, preservatives and fillers.
Three good ingredients that are very beneficial to your skin are Cynergy TK which is a new substance that actually supports your body in building its own collagen and elastin again.
It keeps your skin flexible and firm and you will see good results as it helps your skin to retain its natural moisture.
CoQ10 comes in different forms that are not the same. CoQ10 cannot penetrate the skin. The nano-emulsified form called Nano-Lipobelle H-EQ10 can penetrate the skin. In fact, it can penetrate through to seven layers with good and longer lasting results. It is also a very powerful antioxidant and works to rid your skin of free radicals that can damage your skin.
Phytessence Wakame is a Japanese Sea kelp and it blocks the enzyme called hyaluronidase. This enzyme destroys the skins naturally occurring hyaluronic acid. Without hyaluronic acid the collagen and elastin fibers would lose the ‘glue’ that keeps them together. Without it, your skin will sag and you will get wrinkles and dark circles around your eyes. Together, these three ingredients make up the strongest skin care and beauty products compound available.
The harmful ingredients include parabens and a substance called dioxanes that have both been linked to causing cancer. Alcohols are drying and irritating to the skin. Mineral oil does not let the skin breathe as it clogs the pores. Your skin can become dependent on it and it can with prolonged use, irritate and dry out your skin.

What is Sun-In?
Sun-In is a bleach that permanently discolors the hair bringing out the “natural” highlights in your hair…
Now, you’re probably wondering how healthy this product is for your hair. Sun-In is not the best product to use on your hair. For hair that is light brown to blonde it does lighten it, however hair that is darker will only turn orange.
Usually Sun-In will lighten all the hair you have and not just highlights like it’s suppose to. If it doesn’t lighten your hair the way you want it to, the company recommends you reapply 1-6 times. This is a recommendation that as a stylist, having seen the effects of Sun-In with clients I would not recommend that you follow. Again, IT’S BLEACH, you are to never apply bleach to anyone’s hair more than twice at one time! That should never happen, in a salon or at home.
With Sun-In they recommend you don’t perm or color your hair for 4 weeks. I personally don’t recommend that you perm or color any of your hair that has Sun-In in it. In my experience, women who have permed their hair with Sun-In on it the hair broke off where the product had been applied.
As a stylist and color professional, I won’t even color or perm someones hair that has Sun-In on it unless we are cutting all sections of the hair with the Sun-In product in it. If we colored or permed over the areas with Sun-In on it, the hair would break off or be so damaged that you’d have to cut it anyway.. while that sounds redundant the point needs a level of emphasis to understand the importance of why you don’t color or perm over this product.
Due to the metallics in Sun-In it doesn’t work well with salon/store bought chemicals. Although it may be tempting to try Sun-In because it’s quick and easy, don’t! You’re better off going to the salon and having it done the right way. Otherwise you’ll be paying more to have it fixed than you originally wanted to.
For your own sake, stay away from Sun-In. If you’ve already used it make sure you tell your stylist the next time you go to the salon, so that he/she can take the necessary steps to provide the best service possible.

How do you know when it’s a good idea to consider laser cosmetic treatment? It’s true that it certainly is not recommended for everyone. There are specific things that make someone a perfect candidate for a procedure. If you’ve taken an interest in a laser treatment, take the time to learn all that you can about it. Deciding to undergo a laser procedure isn’t something to be taken lightly. Find out if your particular issue or concern is something that you should be discussing in a consultation with a certified laser surgeon. The internet is a wealth of information on the topic and you may find things you never would have thought to consider.
Laser hair removal is especially beneficial to those with true hair hassles. For the lady that only needs to shave once a week, maybe shaving and waxing works just fine. Not everyone has it so easy though. There are some women who are forced to shave daily in order to keep up with the appearance of smooth, hairless legs. Coarse and dark hairs are prime qualities for laser treatment. If you can’t even wear a skirt because it’s so bad then this is something you may want to think about.
If you’ve been drinking and smoking for the majority of your life then you most likely know all about staining of the teeth. Brown liquids and smoke are no good for the enamel of the tooth, slowly turning it yellow over time and then sometimes even brown. It doesn’t look very good and it certainly can’t be healthy for your mouth overall. Now that regular dental offices have adopted lasers for some of their procedures, the whitening of teeth has reached all new heights. With lasers teeth can be effectively whitened much faster than through drugstore products. People suffering from severe staining should consult their dentist to find out if they are eligible to receive laser whitening.
If you really hate that tattoo and you’d be glad to see it go, you might be ready to seek out laser tattoo removal. Everyone who has some ink removed has their own reason why. Regrets can set in over time which is something to be considered before acquiring the ink in the first place. Names are especially poor tattoo choices for this very reason. Even Angelina Jolie regretted her name tattoo. A laser tattoo removal procedure involves breaking down the ink so that it can be swept away by the body’s waste system. To assess if it will work for you, see someone skilled in tattoo removal.
There is no perfect time to get a laser cosmetic treatment. When you know for certain you have an interest it’s time to learn all that you can. Knowledge is essential. Ignorance can put your health at risk. Get informed about the particular procedure that interests you. Make yourself aware of possible scams so that you don’t become a victim. See a surgeon that has reputable experience and makes you feel comfortable. Deciding to seek out a laser treatment is a serious choice. Make it based on the best of information.
Before you undergo any cosmetic laser treatment, educate yourself with the facts. We provide important consumer information that will help you make the best possible decision. For more information on topics such as cosmetic laser treatments, visit http://www.LaserTreatmentFacts.com today.

Permanent makeup is a somewhat older type of technology that has continued to stick around. Permanent makeup classes teach those who tattoo to put ink on the face that looks as if it is makeup. While some people may seem permanent makeup as a technology for those who are lazy, those who take permanent makeup classes are not thinking of that; they are thinking of those who are unable to apply makeup on their own. Those who have trouble can be helped by permanent makeup.
Eyesight Problems
When it comes to makeup, eyesight is key. When people see bad makeup on someone, they will often ask themselves if the person can even see themselves. Some people have trouble seeing, and therefore have trouble applying makeup. Permanent makeup classes teach people to apply makeup so that people who have trouble seeing can consistently have the look of well-applied makeup.
Steadying Problems
When some people go through permanent makeup classes, they may not realize who they are helping. There are people, both young and old, that have trouble staying steady. Some people have conditions or problems that cause them to shake. Anyone who has tried putting on makeup while shaking will realize how hard this can be. Permanent makeup helps those who have steadying problems have a complete look, with makeup and all.
Allergy Problems
Those who have had allergy problems with jewelry will begin to understand the problem of those who are allergic to makeup. Some people are allergic to makeup, generally because of the materials in the makeup. The way that their bodies react to the makeup means that they cannot wear it. Permanent make up classes and permanent makeup can help these people to have the look of makeup without the actual makeup. Because they are not allergic to the ink that is used to tattoo on the face, they can handle the ink, and their bodies will not have the same issues as with makeup.
When it comes to simple, everyday tasks such as makeup, people tend to forget those who cannot do them. Because it is such a normal activity, those who cannot do it are often frustrated. Permanent makeup classes allow people to do more than tattoo makeup onto the face; permanent makeup classes allow those to help out people that have issues applying makeup.

Body creams should be safe and natural, because the compounds that your rub on your skin, eventually end up in your blood stream. Over the years, many companies have claimed to offer body lotion and creams that are “all-natural” or “organic”. In many cases, we learn later that they are not either of those things. In some cases, they’re not even safe.
Legislators cannot seem to agree on how tough standards should be for products that people don’t eat. But, when it comes to something like body creams, there should be no disagreement. While an ingredient might not make you sick out-right, it might cause allergic reactions, break-outs, scarring or damage on a molecular level that cannot be immediately seen.
Researchers have shown over and over again that chemicals can be absorbed through the skin. So, if a compound in your body lotion and creams causes cancer when ingested, you should not allow your skin to absorb it. Body creams that claim to be organic often contain petroleum-based ingredients, like petrolatum, mineral oil and paraffin wax.
These meet the technical definition of “organic”, but they are still not safe. They clog the pores and destroy the natural pH level on the skin’s surface. Some of the by-products of the manufacturing process cause cancer.
That’s just one example. Many body lotion and creams contain parabens, which are preservatives that have also been linked to cancer. One of the so-called “organic” body creams contains a sunscreen that has recently been listed as possibly carcinogenic. It is a naturally occurring substance, but that doesn’t mean that it’s safe. Botox is a naturally occurring substance.
It is the most poisonous natural compound on the planet. So, the best advice is to get a little education and read the label carefully, before you buy. The ingredients to look for in body lotion and creams include honey, avocado extract, jojoba wax, olive oil, grape seed oil, vitamins B-5 and E, as well as, co-enzyme Q10.
Finally, some manufacturers have learned that caring for the skin is a health issue, not strictly a cosmetic issue. In order to look better and feel better, your skin needs nourishment and body creams should provide that nourishment. If properly manufactured, they don’t need artificial preservatives.
If the ingredients are safe, they don’t need added perfumes and fragrances. You probably won’t find any of these ingredients in department store or designer label body lotion and creams. You certainly won’t find all of them in body creams on the shelves at your local drug store.
Only one manufacturer that I know of includes all of these ingredients and many other reparative compounds in their skincare products. They don’t advertise on TV or in glossy magazine ads.
They sell their products directly to the customers, so that they can give them a better value for their money. In my option, they make the best body creams in the world. And they guarantee your satisfaction. What more can you ask for?
