The Eyes! Have You Look And Notice Your Eyes?

It is often said that the eyes are the windows to the soul. It is certainly true and one of the first things people usually notice about you is your Eyes!
Our eyes are usually the first show signs of ageing yet many of us do not pay much special attention to them until visible and deep formation of fine line or worse, wrinkles shows.
What are the visible eye problems?
Puffy Eyes
Usually caused by fluid buildup, eye puffiness can be aggravated by lack of sleep, lack of circulation causes impurities to accumulate. Fluid retention and bad lifestyle habits such as drinking alcohol and smoking thus cause eyelid tissues to swell or puffy.
Laxity
With aging, eyelids muscles becoming weaker and the upper eyelid may be more hooded while lower eyelids starts to protrude outwards.
Dark Eye Circles
Dark eye circles under and around the eyes are usually an inherited. The areas around the eyes look more transparent, the darker the circles appear due to the thin skin under the eyes.
Poor circulation causing blood and pigment to accumulate in the connective tissue in which turns skin between yellow and black in color.
Rubbing or scratching the skin around the eyes areas can contribute to darker eye circles.
Fatigue is also another caused to the under eye areas to appear darker.
Wrinkles and crow’s feet
Fine lines, wrinkles and crow’s feet with fewer oil glands, the eye areas prone to dryness and subsequently formation of lines and wrinkles. Rubbing the eyes while removing make-up or mascara and or squinting can make eyes prone to lines and wrinkles therefore need to be gentle around the areas
Important to give care to your eyes!
Skin around the eyes is the thinnest on the body and is 6 times thinner than the rest of the face! Making it more sensitive and prone to dryness and there are also plenty of blood vessels around the eyes, and has less (oil glands), resulting in low natural moisture levels. The eyes contour is a complex and fragile zone.
Despite differing in age, the message is clear - it is important to start a proper eye care routine early.
Therefore, general face products are not suppose to use on and around the eye areas as may possible caused of oil seeds or oil bags or (white heads) and tagging skin around the eyes may happening to show.
Proper eye care is about good lifestyle habits and also proper and appropriate eyes products will keep the eyes areas hydrated, supple and give the complexion correctly nourished and help the fine lines reduce, dark eyes circles and wrinkles decreases. To refresh tiredness and puffy eyes, keep the area moisturized and skin will be able appears firmer and relaxed, so as preparing and giving a smooth base for makeup application.

Birthmark Removal Surgery Can Be Safe, Effective, and Inexpensive

Many people are born with birthmarks, which are generally defined as a visible mark on the skin that is unique to the individual and does not quickly go away. Birthmarks can take on a wide variety of coloring, shapes and sizes. Most birthmarks are small, not noticeable, or unlikely to show outside of clothing. However, others can take a more prominent appearance, and some can pose an eventual health risk. For these reasons, some people go to cosmetic surgeons for birthmark removal procedures.
There are three main types of birthmarks:
- Pigmentation birthmarks refer to the type of birthmark where the skin has too much coloring or pigment. This includes some moles, brownish or cream-colored spots, and “Mongolian spots” which usually fade away by age 8.
- Macular stains (often called salmon patches) are flat and usually light pink patches of skin often on the neck and eyelids. Sometimes these marks fade, particularly those on children’s eyelids, while many on the neck do not.
- Vascular malformations include one of the most common birthmarks, called port-wine stains, and can be found anywhere on the body. These birthmarks do not fade or go away and can be located in very visible areas such as the face.
Always make sure your or your child’s physician is aware of any of these types of birthmark, as well as any skin discoloration or abnormality in case they are signs of, or could lead to, more serious medical problems.
If you or your child has any of the above, you might be considering cosmetic birthmark removal surgery. Over the past few years, the technology in this area has advanced and become safer and more effective. For example, laser therapy can now be used to shrink or eliminate some birthmarks that are close to the surface, such as port-wine stains. You cosmetic surgeon can evaluate the type, size, and location of your birthmark and then recommend an appropriate type of treatment. There are more forms of treatment than can possibly be discussed here.
Many potential cosmetic surgery patients are concerned with risks and or pain associated with birthmark removal. There is no simple answer to these questions, as each surgery is as different as each birthmark. There is usually a limited amount of pain, such as a slight burning sensation with laser treatment for example. As far as risk, there is always the potential with any skin surgery of infection and scarring. If you are having the surgery for purely cosmetic reasons, you should definitely inquire about the risk for scarring as you would not want replace one blemish with another.
Any qualified cosmetic surgeon who does birthmark removal should be able to give you an estimate of the costs. Almost all HMOs do not cover the cost of birthmark removal that is done for cosmetic reasons. However, many cosmetic clinics do offer payment plans and discounts. The surgeon should also be able to give you a specific prediction of what that area of skin will look like after the procedure, how long the procedure will take, and what follow up will be necessary. As with most major purchases, you may want to get a few estimates, check references, and see actual results.
It will be important for you to share information regarding allergies and medical conditions you have with your cosmetic surgeon. Many people downplay these because they feel this surgery is not potentially harmful, or because they do not want to be turned down. Finding a qualified cosmetic surgeon, hearing enough so that the procedure and its risks and benefits are completely clear, and asking her or him every question you have, is a vital step toward possibly removing your birthmark.

How To Choose A Stylish Haircut?

You may aspire to have your hair styled like your favorite celebrity, or have it cut like your best friends. However, your stylish hair cut turns out not the way you had imagined. Instead of looking great, you end up with an old, ugly, fat, or downright nasty look. How can a hairstyle that has managed to look great on your friend, or in a photograph, turn out so wrong for you?
The answer lies in the shape of your face. Granted, some of us have been blessed with features that would literally fit any stylish haircut. The rest of us though, need to be aware about the types of haircuts that would accentuate our features, and other styles we need to avoid.
Typically, face shapes fall in the following categories - oval shape, long, round, diamond and square. If you have an oval shape or a diamond shape, pretty much any hairstyle would suit you. So, how can you tell if you have a face like that?
Well, it’s pretty simple. An oval shape would have a length that is 1.5 times the width of the face. You would have a diamond shape face if your chin and forehead are narrow, with cheeks that are almost of equal length. With a diamond shape face, you need stylish haircuts that would show off your cheekbones. Wisps close to the side of your face would be great for you.
Now, as for the rest of you…..
Your face is classified under the long or oblong category if the length is more than 1.5 times the width of your face Your aim then is not to have your hairstyle make your face look longer than it already is. To do this, short stylish haircuts, or even bob hairstyles with bangs are suitable. Look for haircuts that give your hair more body especially at the sides. Long straight styles should be avoided.
Round shape faces tend to look plump and fat. You’d have a round face if the length of is about the same as the width. Thus, you need long straight or long layered styles to make your face look longer. Short stylish haircuts need to be avoided, or you’ll end up looking fatter than you really are!
If you have a square shape face, this means that you have a wide forehead and a wide chin. Stylish haircuts that are perfect for square faces would be one with layers especially at the cheek areas. Center parting hairstyles without bangs are also great for this type.
Finally, with what you know now, you’ll be wiser with your hair decisions in the future. This time, you don’t need your best friend’s or your favorite celebrity’s stylish haircuts to look good. You can look absolutely beautiful just by being you!
If you’d like more ideas on stylish haircuts visit http://stylish-haircuts.blogspot.com You’ll discover how you can look good on special occasions and how you can look sexy just by changing your haircut!

Botulinum Toxin Type A Or Botox

Manufactured by Allergan Inc, an intramuscular injection of Botulinum toxin type A or Botox is currently the most sought after cosmetic treatment around the world. The cosmetic form of Botox reduces or eliminates frown lines, forehead creases, crows’ feet near the eyes and thick bands in the neck.
Botulinum toxin is one of the most poisonous naturally occurring neurotoxin proteins in the world produced by the bacterium Clostridium botulinum. This bacterium causes the most severe forms of food poisoning characterized by muscle paralysis. Botulinum toxin acts by blocking the release of acetylcholine from the nerve endings and destroys the muscle end-plates capability to respond to acetylcholine. A single teaspoon of the toxin is sufficient to eradicate a small town. However, Botulinum toxin, if used in minute quantities, can provide relief in various diseases involving muscle spasms and muscle dysfunction.
As like any other medication, administration of Botox has its negative side. Some important side effects of Botox include bruising at the site of injection, nausea, neck pain, drooping eyes, dysphasia, upper respiratory tract infections, abdominal discomfort, flu-like feeling and headache.
However, there is one important disadvantage of using Botox. Botox injection is an extremely expensive medication that only gives a short-term benefit. One course of injection is effective for just 2 to 4 months. Since the toxin is a foreign substance, the immune system inside the human body develops neutralizing antibodies against the toxin. These antibodies are capable of destroying the toxin as soon as it is injected into the body. As a result, repeated injections of Botox fail due to development of antibodies.

Botox For Hyperhidrosis

Hyperhidrosis or excessive perspiration is a common problem effecting millions of people around the world. Excessive sweating occurs due to different reasons. These include strenuous exercise, stress, anxiety or due to a psychological disorder. This is due to exercise is beneficial for the health. Excessive sweating due to stress and anxiety is a pathophysiological condition that occurs when the nervous system stimulates excessive sweat production. This type of hyperhidrosis is hereditary in origin.
There are different forms of hyperhidrosis. These include axillary, pedal and palmar hyperhidrosis. In case of excessive perspiration syndrome, patients experience it in hands, feet, face and armpits. Excessive sweating results in various physiological problems that include dehydration and occurrence of fungal infections on the skin due to presence of moisture. Excessive sweating is socially unacceptable as it causes smelly feet, stinking underarms and cold palms.
The most common method of treating hyperhidrosis is to use anticholinergic medications such as glycopyrolate, propentheline and ditropan. One can also use topical antiperspirants like Drysol. Another recognized method of reducing sweat is tap water iontophoresis. However, all these methods are associated with significant side effects and do not provide any permanent solution to the problem.
Use of Botox injections has proved to be an effective solution for hyperhidrosis as this procedure does not cause any major side effects. Botox primarily contains very low doses of Botulinum toxin type A. Sub-dermal injections of Botox cause a temporary blocking of sweat gland stimulation due to acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter secreted by sympathetic nerves. Due to this, sweat production stops in treated areas. The treatment is effective for a period of 12 to 15 months.
Botox injection causes certain mild complications that are easy to tolerate. Some of these side effects include mild headache and tiny bruises on the sites of injection. Pregnant and lactating women and patients suffering with conditions like Myasthenia gravis should not be administered Botox injection.

Beauty Skin Care

As a woman, it can sometimes seem impossible to find the right beauty care to maintain clear, attractive skin. If we are not experiencing difficulty from acne flare-ups, we are combating dry skin and potential wrinkles. Ongoing practice is the only was to achieve touchable, appealing skin all the time.
Cleansing Your Skin
Beauty skin care involves cleansing your skin twice daily, everyday. When you forget to wash your face at night and leave your makeup on, your pores become clogged and your skin is unable to properly rejuvenate itself. Use a gentle cleanser with no alcohol or harsh detergents and warm water to wash your face. Gently rub your face dry with a soft towel made from natural fabrics. Do not rub or use hot water that can irritate your skin.
The Three Step Method
Many popular regimes use the three step method of cleansing, toning and moisturizing because it is the most effective. After you cleanse your face gently, a toner is used to remove excess oil and unclog your pores. Once your pores are fully cleansed, a light moisturizer is applied to your face. This routine should be done once in the morning and once before bed for optimum results.
For your body beauty care, a gentle body wash works well to get rid of dirt and grime from the day. Your body should be cleansed once a day. After taking a shower or bath, apply a body moisturizer to your skin while it is still slightly damp to seal in the moisture. Instead of using a toner for body beauty skin care, you should periodically exfoliate the skin on your body with a loofah or bath sponge to unclog your pores.
Too Much of a Good Thing
While regular cleansing is an essential element of a successful program, you can do too much of a good thing. When you wash your face or shower more than twice a day, you are stripping your skin of essential oils and making it overproduce sebum to make up for the loss. The result can be dry skin or dry skin with breakouts. The best practice is to wash your face twice daily and shower once each day.
The Good, the Bad and the Ugly
There are good and bad ingredients in the skin care products you choose. For example, you should always avoid stringent products that contain alcohol, such as toners and cleansers. Your beauty regime should use non-comedogenic moisturizers that do not contain heavy oils that clog.
Everyday skin care ingredients that are beneficial for your skin include aloe vera, witch hazel, chamomile, green tea and Vitamin E. Choosing products with the wrong ingredients can be an ugly recipe for disaster that causes breakouts, dry patches, clogged pores or even an allergic reaction.
The best routine is the one that work well for your type of skin. It may take some trial and error, but with a bit of knowledge it should be easy to have healthy, good-looking skin most of the time.

Some Tips Before Your Cosmetic Surgery Facelift!

There are lot of people who opt for cosmetic surgery facelift to get that young look which is the main motivation to go ahead with surgery. Cosmetic surgery — especially facial plastic surgery — is something that is gaining so much of prominence these days.
Here are some tips to consider before you go and meet a surgeon.

  1. Your reasons for surgery. To feel good about yourself, list the reasons why you feel it is important for you to improve your confidence as well as your self-image. At these times, be honest to list whatever you feel. Don’t be negative either and state “My life seems over so maybe this surgery would make me look somebody else and not me.” Don’t let your identity get lost in your quest for a new, youthful look. What should result is not a new body or a new face but a more confident person.
  2. Don’t Use Job As Reason. Sometimes a little facial surgery may help you to secure the job you have been eyeing for a long time in the job market that is so volatile and competitive but that shouldn’t be the sole reason or the primary motivation to undergo something as serious as cosmetic surgery. But if you’re in sales, real estate, and you want to feel more competent, do a better job of presenting yourself, that’s a good reason to have plastic surgery.”
  3. Be realistic. Also, you need to be realistic about the fact that cosmetic surgery can’t bring back your lover who has left you or a husband who divorced you. Don’t pressurize yourself to undergo cosmetic surgery for such emotionally turbulent reasons that are affecting your mental health. That wouldn’t help your personal problems in any way. Don’t also expect to look like Marilyn Monroe from the moment you completed the surgery because the results take several months to be visible in the first place and it is only after three or four months that the end result is visible.
  4. Your emotional mindset. If you’re going through a period of emotional trauma, think twice before you continue with the thought of opting for cosmetic surgery because surgery is known to worsen conditions of depression quite easily. A lot of people who had facial plastic surgery tend to feel depressed afterward, so if you are already having some troubles on your emotional end, wait before you take the plunge. It is best to always keep your loved ones around you to perk up your spirits and get you to feel very good about yourself.
  5. Watch the expense. You don’t want to burn a hole in your pocket by opting for a very expensive kind of cosmetic surgery, do you? That would be like trying to trade one problem for another which doesn’t sound like a great idea at all.

To opt for cosmetic surgery facelift, don’t let the wrong reasons lure you, let the right reasons lead you.

Bad Plastic Surgery Results

We usually see bad plastic surgery only when the media publish pictures of celebrities that had some kind of cosmetic surgery. One would mean that these celebs would have the money and the right advisers to pick the best possible surgery but when you look at the results sometimes it is amazing what you see. It just looks not natural.
Another thing that can happen is simply bad luck. No surgery is without risks. Most side effects and complications are well known but each patient is different, has a different health condition and history. An excellent surgeon may be able to lower the risks but nobody can reduce them to zero. There is always something that can happen.
You can also talk about bad plastic surgery when the plastic surgeon is overdoing things, often because of the patient who urges the surgeon to do something unusual. That could be a operation that is known to very risky or out of the scope of standard, proven procedures. One example are extremely large breast implants or face lifts on 80 year old grandmas who want to look like 20.
Beside all the discussions, a bad cosmetic surgery is easy to spot. When you see a beautiful women and you don’t know if it is real or not, then you have an example of a perfect plastic surgery. On the other hand, when you can see immediately that there was a surgeon at work, how can this be good cosmetic surgery?
Good plastic surgery looks natural, it looks like the beauty was given by nature and not by a surgeon. It looks harmonic, blends perfectly with the personality of the person. It makes things look and feel better. Everything else is not natural.
The media is full of pictures of failed cosmetic surgeries. Often the results are irreversible. Maybe the surgeon just had a bad day, maybe unexpected side effects ruined a good work. Fact is that you probably risk a lot when you try to save a few Dollars by choosing a cheap surgeon.
Complications are part of the life of any surgeon. Just because you have no medical necessity for the surgery doesn’t protect you against possible negative outcomes of a surgery. If you get an eyelid surgery or a face lift for example and the surgery causes a nerve damage your look could be ruined for life.
Another possible complication is an infection. An infection can evolve to a serious threat and ruin the results of a good surgery. Blood loss is one cause of an infection. If a surgery, for example a liposuction, leads to high blood loss then the risks of an infection increase as well.
Every surgery leaves a scar or other skin damages. If the skin does not recover for whatever reason then it is a serious problem. A surgery can lead to skin death, numbness, dimples or a loss of sensation, things that sometimes never go away again.
To reduce the chances to become a victim of bad plastic surgery you should reduce two main risk factor, one is the surgeon and the other the patient. The patient usually wants and expects too much. Inform yourself what is possible and what remains a dream. Then choose the best surgeon you can find for money. If you save here then you risk your health.
Don’t want to become a victim of bad plastic surgery? Go now and get all details about cosmetic surgery here.

5 Steps To Thinner And Cellulite-Free Thighs

After looking at the pages of glossy fashion magazines, you really cannot help but feel depressed because you know that you cannot wear the tight dresses, skinny jeans, and ultra-mini skirts that a lot of models and celebrities seem to have a penchant for; and you feel hurt especially if your thighs are as big as a tree trunk and as dimply as an orange peel. It is a known fact that millions of women across the globe are struggling to keep their thighs skinnier and free of dimple-looking cellulite. However, after failing to achieve their goal, a lot give up and just accept the fact that they can never wear those thigh-baring or leg-hugging clothes.
Although thigh fat is quite hard to lose, especially in the inner thigh area, it is not really impossible. All you need to do to achieve a sexy body and to-die-for legs and thighs is discipline with a whole lot of patience. You really cannot expect a huge improvement in your appearance in just a week or two.
If you are willing to sweat it out, sacrifice a little, endure some amount of pain and spend a few dollars, continue reading in order to discover the six important steps to thinner and flawless thighs.
Step 1: Don’t Procrastinate
You will hear a lot of women complaining about how they look and how insecure they feel whenever they go out because of their plump bodies. However, if you ask them what they are doing about it, many will say nothing. How do you expect to have sexier legs and thighs if you keep on postponing your slimming program? Also, the more you postpone the start of your weight loss program, the more you are giving your thighs an opportunity to expand, which will further make your goals harder to reach.
Step 2: Watch What You Eat
You don’t need an encyclopedia to know that the food you eat will greatly contribute to the increasing size of your thighs and the visibility of your cellulite. If you want to be slimmer, you have to avoid eating sweet and fatty foods. Instead, increase your servings of fruits and vegetables. Moreover, you should also try eating more anti-cellulite foods, such as blueberries, mangoes, carrots, cranberries, tomatoes and bananas to name a few.
Step 3: Participate In Physical Activities That You Enjoy
Many people are not really encouraged to do workouts if they are just in the gym listening to music or watching TV as they walk away their fat in a treadmill. If you enjoy going to the gym and performing exercises in gyms, then you really do not have to think of novel ways to boost your metabolism to lose weight. However, if you easily get bored in a gym, you can go walking, jogging, riding a bike across the mountainside, skipping with or without a rope, or you can enroll in dance classes. These are fun and effective activities that can help you achieve your goals.
Step 4: Be Fashion Conscious
Even if you have big thighs and cellulites all over, you can still look sexy and beautiful. The best way to make your thighs and legs look slimmer is by wearing loose dark jeans or pants. Wearing open toe shoes and sandals with high heels also help in making your legs and thighs look longer and slimmer.
Step 5: Scrub Your Way To A Healthy Circulatory System
Experts say that cellulite may be due to problems in the circulatory system. Thus, if you want to get rid of cellulite and also loosen your fat deposits, you need to start massaging the affected areas using long sweeping motions. You can do this while you are taking a bath using a soft brush or loofah.
If you want maximum results from your scrubbing and rubbing, you can always try cellulite and fat-fighting creams, gels and lotions. One product that is known to help eliminate cellulite is Celluthin. Visit www.Celluthin.com for more information.
